Autumn Stuffing

Ingredients:
2-3 slices white bread
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 large oranges
To taste; salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano

Preheat oven to 375F

Cube bread into approximetaly 1/2 inch pieces. Add to large mixing bowl with washed and dried cranberries and olive oil. Toss.

Sprinkle in salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Toss. Directly into the bowl, zest both oranges. Toss again.

Pack ingredients into a standard loaf pan. Cranberries should be evenly distributed throughout. Bake for 30-45 minutes until the top layer is very golden and the cranberries are bubbling.
